Mango Tango Rice Salad

Yield: 6 servings

3 cups cooked rice
1 (15-1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 mango, chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup orange vinaigrette salad dressing

In a large bowl, combine rice, beans, mango, cilantro and salt. Add vinaigrette; toss well.
